As a new patient you will have a consultation session with the doctor which will include a detailed history and a physical exam. The doctor will discuss the possible diagnosis and the management plan. Allergy testing (skin or blood), if indicated will be scheduled with you. Certain medications interfere with skin testing and hence may need to be temporarily discontinued before scheduled skin testing.
Please try to bring the following information with you on your initial visit.
– List of all prescription and Over The Counter medications
– Relevant medical records if any including lab reports, XRAYs, and CAT Scan reports etc.
– Your current insurance cards. We participate with most insurance plans.
